Movie Poster Monday Double Feature: “Dracula” and “Cimarron”

Last week, Heritage Auctions in Texas sold 33 posters from Hollywood’s Golden Age, yielding a few treasures.

A rare poster for 1931′s “Dracula,” starring Bela Lugosi, sold for over $143 thousand, the highest for the event.

One surprise standout was a rare poster for 1931′s “Cimarron,” the first Western to win an Oscar for Best Picture.
